Cloud refers to the clouds in the sky. Recently, users are being provided many services the a network or the Internet, this method is often described as "cloud computing." CloudCafe provides its services through the Internet, a one-to-one language lesson service using the Internet phone provider "Skype". In order to use CloudCafe, you must register as a CloudCafe user. The registration process is easy and can be done via the CloudCafe website. The registration is free, there is no admission fee, or monthly fee either. Also you won't experience a complicated process when ending your CloudCafe membership. Everyone can enjoy learning with ease.
When you would like to take a lesson, a user must purchase credit to cover the cost of the lesson fee. Your lesson fee will be subtracted from your credit account each time you take a lesson.
CloudCafe provides lesson by teachers who are available via a video chat system, so the lesson is not "faceless". You will be able to see your teacher if you like. Also, if you have a webcam, you can have a two-way interective video chat.
Each user is allowed to take a free trial, one time with one person. Many teachers allow for a free trial lesson. After a user registers, check the teacher list for "Trial available" and book a trial lesson.
Users can select lessons according to your schedule and the lesson content. Please check the teachers' profile and lesson content on teacher detail pages.
Usually one lesson is 25 minutes. If you want to spend a longer amount of time on one lesson, please book several continuous lessons to equal the desired time.
CloudCafe recommend booking a lesson more than 24 hours before the start time. However, there are some teachers who can be available to respond an emergency call for a lesson. Please check the teachers' details.
In this case, lessons cannot change once the booking order has been created. Please select another schedule time. Sometimes the other user might cancel the lesson. So, please check the lesson schedules occasionally.
Cancellation is acceptable more than 24 hours before a lesson starts. If you cancel the lesson more than 24 hours before the lesson starts, your fee will be returned to your credit account. In this case, a cancellation fee of $1 will be charged and withdrawn from your credit account.
On the other hand, cancellations and schedule changes won't be accepted less than 24 hours before a lesson starts. In this case the charged lesson fee is NOT refundable.
You can book as many lessons as afforded by your credit balance. If you want to book more than the credit balance, please purchase new credit.
The teaching materials will be selected by the teacher. If necessary, the information will be sent by email after the time has been booked.
The languages that each teacher can teach is different. Please check the teachers' profiles.
An experienced teacher with special qualifications in education, or a current student doing special study in teaching languages, or someone without qualification but who is professional, there are various backgrounds for teachers. For more information, please check the teachers' profiles.
You can change teachers with each lesson. Depending on your needs, you can select several different teachers for lessons.
CloudCafe provides one-to-one language lesson using the free internet phone "Skype". Skype is a software that users can use to call anywhere around the world, and you don't have to worry about the prices, hours or distance. If a user has a webcam, then a free Internet video phone service is possible. Please download and install the free software if you haven't used Skype.
For Skype communication, the user needs a microphone, earphones, a computer and an Internet connection.

If you already have a Skype ID, you should go ahead and use that one. If not, you will create a new ID in the first window just after the installation of Skype. For a Skype ID, you can set it to your favorite username using a minimum of 6 alphanumeric characters, maximum 32 alphanumeric characters, including hyphen, underline, comma and/or dot.

A lesson fee will be withdrawn from your total credit amount after each lesson. Please note that users can not reserve a lesson time if their credit balance is insufficient for that lesson.
Purchased credits cannot be returned. If you are thinking about leaving the site or taking fewer lessons, please plan accordingly and purchase less credits.

Trouble with their PC or Internet connection might occur for a teacher. If you don't receive any contact from your teacher and you have experienced this problem, please report it to us here with your user email, teacher name, lesson date and time. In this case, CloudCafe will return the charged fee.
If the user delays the starting time, an extension of lesson time will not be allowed. But if the teacher does not have a problem with extending the lesson time, then it will be possible. Please ask your teacher about the schedule. If the teacher delays starting time, the teacher must extend or re-schedule for another date and time after you consult with each other.
When a lesson is not completed because of a teacher's mistake, the full amount of credit is returned to the user. If credit is not returned after several days, please report the details to us and include your user email, the teacher's name and scheduled date and time.
In this case, the lesson fee will not be returned.

CloudCafe provides a service that allows for language lessons using the free internet phone, Skype. Skype provides unlimited free calls between Skype users. You can chose your language teacher freely according to your language skills and budget.
In order to use all of CloudCafe services, registration is required.
